Do you accept refunds and returns?
We do not accept returns. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost, please review our policies below:
- Damaged items: Please send a photo showing how your package arrived, and we will send you a replacement.

Lost items: If you have not received your package within 6 weeks, please contact us so we can help. Please note that all missing packages must be reported within 3 months of the shipping date, as we cannot offer assistance after this period.
Will there be tracking?
- For the Mail Club: Tracking is not available in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
- For other products: Both tracked and untracked shipping options are available at checkout.
When do you ship out orders?
- For Mail Club orders: These are shipped on the 28th of every month.
- For other prints: These are shipped as frequently as possible, usually on a weekly basis.
When will I receive my order?
- Within the Netherlands: Your order will typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
- Everywhere else: International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive after shipment, depending on where you live.
Shipping address updates and errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If you need to change your address for the Mail Club, you must contact us before the 20th of the month. If you submit a change after this date, we cannot guarantee the update in time, and your shipment may still be sent to the old address. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for these orders.
Are there any customs or import fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, as we cannot control these charges.
